Leading the Way in EVs
Hyundai, a global powerhouse in car manufacturing, continues to expand its electric vehicle (EV) lineup to cater to diverse customer preferences. The Hyundai Exter EV2024, the brand’s latest and most budget-friendly EV, offers a practical, enjoyable driving experience through its compact design, efficient performance, and intelligent features.
Design Inspired by the Future
The Exter EV2024 draws inspiration from the Hyundai Exter, a mini SUV introduced in India in July 2023. The Exter EV2024 maintains its retro-futuristic aesthetic, featuring distinctive sharp angles, pixel-inspired LED lights, a hinged hood, and concealed door handles. On the interior, the Exter EV2024 offers a roomy and flexible cabin layout, featuring a level floor, a sliding center console, seats that can recline, and an expansive 12-inch touchscreen display. It offers customization options such as various colors, materials, and wheel sizes.
Powerful and Efficient
This EV is not just about style; it packs power and efficiency. Fitted with a battery pack ranging from 25 to 30 kWh, the Exter EV2024 offers an impressive single-charge driving range of approximately 300 to 350 kilometers. It supports ultra-fast charging, thanks to its 800V system, which can charge from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes. With two power electric (PE) configurations, including rear-wheel drive (RWD) with 82 hp and 114 Nm of torque and all-wheel drive (AWD) with 160 hp and 228 Nm of torque, the Exter EV2024 accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 7.5 seconds (RWD) or 6 seconds (AWD) and reaches a top speed of 100 mph.
Your Smart Companion
More than just a car, the Exter EV2024 is a smart device that seamlessly integrates into your life. It features Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, voice-activated sunroof control, wireless charging, and automatic climate control. Moreover, it brings forth a range of pioneering features exclusive to its segment. These include a dual-camera dashcam, paddle shifters, rear AC vents, footwell lighting, support for 12 languages, and the incorporation of Alexa voice commands. Safety is paramount, with a comprehensive kit that includes six standard airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system, hill start assist control, a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines, electronic stability control, and vehicle stability management.
Coming Soon to India
Anticipated to launch in India in 2024, the Hyundai Exter EV2024 is set to compete with upcoming models like the Tata Punch EV, as well as other compact electric SUVs like the Citroen eC3 and the MG Comet EV. Being Hyundai’s inaugural entry-level electric vehicle in the Indian market, the Hyundai Exter EV2024 occupies a crucial niche, effectively complementing the company’s premium lineup of electric vehicles, including the Ioniq 5 and the Kona Electric. This vehicle is poised to entice customers searching for a compact, budget-friendly, and environmentally conscious SUV to cater to their everyday transportation requirements.
